Ferguson, MO and Sanford FL are a narrative that we’re used to seeing, covering up evidence, and taking too long to state what actually happened. Two unarmed young black men killed by someone with a gun is two of many stories like the one chronicled in Fruitvale Station , and the recent chokehold death right out of Do The Right Thing —gives black men reason to be mad at a system that categorizes us as dangerous, mad, craven and deserving of a bullet. Hey Blogosphere, it’s Spencer Hamilton Being the astute political observer I am I try to keep abreast of a lot of developments like when TX LA and MS denied same sex couples benefits they deserved according to the Windsor ruling. All these states had to give out those benefits no matter if they were state or federal facilities. How they got around it was simply: Use federal workers at state facilities. Now, a lot of people don’t even like the fact that they even HAVE to give federal benefits in the state that says “no gay marriages” in our state. Remember after the ruling how everyone said: You’ll be forcing everyone to say it’s okay? Remember all the doom and gloom about…everything? Hello All A young girl named Kaitlin Hunt was arrested for inappropriate relations with an underage girl of 15. Days after her 18 th birthday she was charged with lewd and lascivious assault on a 12-16 year old. Ms. Hunt and her girlfriend met at school while she was17 and started dating Hunt’s mother maintains that it was consensual and that the other girl’s parents are out to destroy her daughter because they don’t like that their daughter is a lesbian. Hello everyone, I was researching on Parker v Hurley in which a man was arrested because he didn’t leave his child’s school because he  said that he didn’t want to leave unless he was under arrest. I had posted something a while back and I had to talk about one thing: Being pro child and pro choice and the fact that the right wing pro-life, push my agenda on the rest of America we don't want comprehensive sex education because they'll find out that sex feels good and will be able to make good decisions about sex that just differ from the 'traditional' Victorian values we decide should dictate society crowd. I have always made my case this way: I do believe that abortion is murder. I believe that in no uncertain terms. However, when I see these ultrasound bills popping up and the fact that contraceptives are becoming harder and harder to get in states that are more often than not very conservative and many times in tandem religious, I have a lot to say about that.
